What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is an ancient yogic practice combining meditation, breathwork and mantra.

The practice, which balances the energy of the body, supports individuals to create greater health and wellbeing by strengthening the nervous system, building resilience in the immune system and managing the negative mind.

Kundalini energy is our pure creative life force energy, that which drives us to fulfill our potential.


Each Kundalini class brings together four key elements:

  1. Pranayama - breathwork to activate and balance our energy and the mind

  2. Yoga Postures - physical movement and postures to strengthen the body and shift our energy

  3. Meditation - to support relaxation, emotional and mental wellbeing

  4. Mantra - listening and chanting to mantra to attune the body to sound frequencies

PORTER classes are led by founder and Kundalini facilitator, Fiona Bicknell.

Join us for Sunday Church

A weekly class for clearing our energy and setting ourselves up for the week ahead. A show of devotion to ourselves, our potential, and the goals we have in front of us.
Led by Fiona, each Sunday session will tie into the energetic theme of the month.
